I have a new computer and I am trying to get my mk3 controller to work. im redownloading everything in my library and it keeps failing. I even changed the destinations to a brand new external hard drive. everything canceled. im stumped

With respect to the Native Access problem (sorry for not addressing that initially) then please check these :

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS

ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on macOS

and disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats

Else if you need help with getting the keyboard setup then please contact N.I. Komplete Kontrol Support or if you need help getting software installed then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .
