Maschine MK3 second hand seller has died... NI will not respond and online system does not accomodat

I need help and cannot get through the automated system. I have sent many many email and chats and attempts through NI system to no avail. I believe 17 messages and at least one recent Chat all resulting in nothin. The second hand seller, a young man, has died in an accident. His Mom sold the Maschine MK3 to me. I have sent everything possible to NI and the ticket always bounces and refers me to the system which is completely ineffective in this instance. This is a real bad way to treat a loyal customer. I am trying to free up the License and register this unit to my NI account. I already have one Maschine MK3 and bought the License for that one and registered it. This is a second one where the young man has died and cannot help. I have at lease one active ticket but they all get canceled and refer me to the abyss. Please help? Thank you sincerely, Mike

    @MGH We're really sorry, there was a hiccup in our system, and more particularly the account support chatbot. It is fixed now and my colleagues caught every lost ticket. You should have gotten a reply by now.
