Latest firmware version for X1 MK2 not available via updater?
While troubleshooting a different issue, I found that one of my X1 MK2’s shows it is on firmware 16. The other shows that it is on Firmware 11. The one on Firmware 11 is having issues with using custom mappings on Traktor 4.x.x (it works fine with Traktor 3).
11 shows as the latest available version in the updater. Is there something I’m missing?

Good to see you have the same issue I do. Thought it was just me. Been fighting with this myself. One of mine has version 16 too and it works like a champ. Version 11 doesn't function properly in traktor 4

What happens if you try to open Device Updater with only one device at a time plugged?

Tried it on mine and it is still showing firmware 11. Traktor needs to allow the update for firmware 16 if this thing is ever gonna work the way it should. The full screen won't open in traktor 4 or 3 when you use the browser function

the same. It still shows it has 11 and is the most up to date firmware.

Well 3 days of dealing with support and no solution yet. Why they just don't give me the firmware version I need for my other controller I don't know. They are trying to make it like I don't have the problem I do. I love it when people think they know better than me. I think I know my equipment since I have been their customer for like 15+ years🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 might just have to throw that x1 in the trash if I can't get it right. This is beyond aggrivating

I’ve got both of mine on Firmware 16 now. Fired up a Mac OS VM and used the Mac version of the firmware updater. It showed an update was available.

Yeah I don't have my macs anymore. Not trying to go around my elbow to get this done. Seems a little ridiculous to have to go thru all these steps to get something to work.
