I need a video, tutorials, or customer service number regarding troubleshooting Traktor Scratch Pro.

I am using Traktor Scratch Pro 2 DJ software with 2 Stanton turntables and a Numark mixer. When I turn on the DJ software, the set-up is incorrect or I can not control the mp3's through my mixer and turntables. I can play the mp3's through the software but I do not hear any music through the mixer.

It seems like the setup or settings are incorrect. Can anyone provide step by step instructions in troubleshooting or a video to help with the DJ software?

    The most common mistake is that people in Mac OS did not give traktor permission to use the microphone.
