Kontakt 8 and white screen

I'm running OS Version 14.6.1 ,…Just downloaded Komplete 15 etc. On a number of new libraries (Bouqet for ex) as soon as I load it, I get this white pop up window that I can't get out of. I can't click anywhere and have to FORCE QUIT Logic (Latest version).

Any thoughts?

    hi hylton

    I have the same problem, it comes during switching the presets in Komplete kontrol and Kontakt 8

    Have to force logic down too

    It sucks!

    And native support does not know what the problem is!

    There are everytime new problems and this sucks too

    Lores and fables need hours to load

    Sequis, Action Strings 2, all output instruments like exhale etc crashes logic too

    And playbox crashes the whole mac

    Have invested in Spectrasonics and Arturia

    And UHE

    PRESET switching by click under 1 second

    No crashes no problems

    Cannot understand the problems that native instruments offers for this pricing!!!

    Same situation and complaint and it's almost March 2025. Any solutions yet?

    To save some time then I will put this general Mac check list :

    Be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS

    ALL NI apps including NTKDaemon must have full disk access. : How to Enable Full Disk Access on mac OS

    Disks must be of correct format : Notes on Network Drives and Disk Formats (APFS)

    Also then please check that iCloud Private Relay has been turned off : Native Access Error Message: "Download failed" (macOS)

    Also then do not use Clean My Mac.

    And quote Kymeia : if using Sequoia then N.I. apps must be added to the Local Network

    Lores and fables need hours to load

    Make sure that you are not using any folders that are synced with cloud drives

    Other than that I will ask @Jeremy_NI , could you please take a look here ?

    @Hylton Mowday I know that you posted a while back, Sorry that no one got back to you and I only find about it today.

    Did you get this issue resolved at some point? I've checked in our system and you didn't contact support about it. Is it still happening?

    thanks @Jeremy_NI I will check it out today.
    it’s been such a disappointment that I’ve avoided those instruments. Perhaps it has been resolved. I shall update later today.

    @Hylton Mowday Well, since other users reported the same behaviour, it's probably not resolved.

    @MBBeatz @destrophy @Hylton Mowday We're now investigating the issue. Could you tell us if unticking this box from Kontakt's preferences improves the situation?

    Do you have external displays? What models and with what resolution?

    If you can provide crashlogs, that would also be useful:

    1. Press COMMAND + SPACE
    2. Type Console
    3. Then you see this

    1. Then you can right-click the Crashlog and click on SHOW in FINDER.
    2. Then zip the file and attach it to your post.

    nothing works and it is a farce that you sent solutions like unklick a window or to get full access for ni etc

    That’s bad bad service

    Bought Novaition launchkey mk4 for 250€ and sl 49 for 500€

    No problems like with Native Instruments

    Everything is easy to map or is premapped by novation and what should I say

    It’s perfect, workflow fast no bugs no crash nothing and they can control nearly everything

    Logic plugins, nks plugins , serum omnisphere etc and the smart controls

    It is the best I have ever used

    Launchkey 49 mk4 and novation SL 61

    Ni should ask them how they are able and NI not!!!

    Some expensive NI plugins like lores and fables and some more NI plugins need minutes to load

    A joke and NI is not fair they should give me the money back for this non usable plugins or let the customers try demos!

    Now I know why because they don’t work properly and when bought no chance to give back!

    So with last week I stopped my NI relation, it is the best I could do!

    Everybody gives demos to try

    NI not because some plugins are a joke

    Novation Support directly and with solving solutions

    Sorry NI you have good ideas but badest Software and hardware on this planet

    For me it was the last NI product

    Too much stress no help bad software

    Plugins need hours to load

    Iam pissed off!

    @MBBeatz I can understand the frustration. However you didn't get back to my colleague, his last message is from March 14th and you did not reply since then. Some issues are more complictated than others and this specific one is rather rare, my colleague is in contact with devs about it. So if you still need some help, then please get back to my colleague so he can continue the troubleshooting/investigation.

    The problem since I use Komplete Kontrol or stressing Kontakt that I have always new problems using them

    The most with Kontakt

    The white window can be passed if you load the plugin in the main library and switching there does function!

    If you switch presets in the main library and Kontakt has to change the instruments this causes the problems!

    Since I use Komplete Kontrol or Kontakt switching in the main library causes crashes, white windows, force downs etc!

    And sorry Jeremy since I have problems and I contact your support I did never ever get a solution from your experts!

    I solved it by myself and with other users!

    This is poor for your support!!!

    Sorry but I think that you only waste the time of the consumers with unusable standard answers!

    I am in contact with many like novation, Nektar etc

    I always got a solution but with your support only month of non usable help!

    For me NI is done

    Thanks for nothing!

    @MBBeatz Well, how are my colleagues supposed to help you if you don't reply to them?

    I see that you finally got back to my colleagues so he can continue the troubleshooting.
