as the topic, so how and where I can order this replacement parts of the traktor touch sensitive endless knob, and I tried request a support ticket to NI, but no lucky, I haven’t got response of them, any one can help for me, thank you so much

    Hello, Martin. Yes sure, my ticket is 4518935, thank you for your help!
    Overall, I lost one of my D2 endless knob,I tried find after market, but I really hope to use touch sensitive function, and I ask some people, suggest me can buy the replacement knob kits by NI, so I try my lucky, cheers.
