Is there a procedure to send an S4 Mk3 in for repair?

I'm helping a DJ friend of mine who works a ton during the week. His S4 Mk3 Has a major issue that has been verified. His sound output has a nasty hum during his sets. He's tested cables and his other older Traktor S2 Mk2 and Z2 paired with Technics 1200's and cannot reproduce the issue. Any help you can provide would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You will find hardware repairs in Support section on NI website → Product support → Hardware Repairs. You will need the login of the NI account the S4 is registered to.
