My traktor board seems to not be sending any connection to my computer!

I’ve changed the laptop as well and it seems that it won’t read itself, I’ve also tried changing the usb cord and that doesn’t work as well

  Check if NIHardwareAgent is running in your computer (as per this article, point 5 for Mac, 4 for Windows:

  What controller? What OS are you using? Which traktor version?
