Your RAM is way too small, Stem separation is a resource-intensive workload. I tested it yesterday and it uses just over 8GB with Windows, so 16GB of RAM is definitely recommended.

Your RAM fills up and then swaps out brutally due to the lack of resources, so it's no wonder it crashes.

4 GB of RAM is almost needed by Windows alone, 8 GB is the minimum these days so that there are still resources free to surf a few websites etc.

You have to keep in mind that the onboard graphics also take up some RAM and Windows starts swapping at 80 to 90% RAM consumption.

Personally, I would recommend at least 16 GB or more for office devices that do simple tasks, especially since RAM prices are very low these days.

And is there at least an SSD installed or is there still an HDD? An HDD is no longer recommended for Windows 10 and upwards and especially not for large workloads.
