Traktor X1 MK3

My only a few month old Traktor X1 MK3 had a complete fail on the right part with the play and synth button. Everything else works. It`s just these two buttons. The play button already didn`t work properly one time before but then it did for a whole set. I guess this is some technical issues with this part of the Traktor X1 MK3. Somebody had it too?     Hi thanks. No, I only have this one Mac. But I plugged in my old X1 MK2 to see if there`s trouble too. But that works just fine. With the same cable;) To me it seems like a hardware issue too, as It started with one button and then the other next to it stopped working too. The rest works just fine. I send it in now, to let it check. x k.

    Sounds to me like a hardware issue, have you tested (If possible) in a different computer?
