Traktor X1 MK3

My only a few month old Traktor X1 MK3 had a complete fail on the right part with the play and synth button. Everything else works. It`s just these two buttons. The play button already didn`t work properly one time before but then it did for a whole set. I guess this is some technical issues with this part of the Traktor X1 MK3. Somebody had it too? Best, K.
