How do I assign an AUDIO pattern I've created in Maschine MK3 to a Pad?

Yea so being pretty new at this I couldn't seem to find a proper answer on the web, so I figured I'd try here before downloading the manual to try to find it.

    If you mean something like resampling, you can do it in 2 ways in Maschine:

    In the sampler page, selecting the desired Internal source (Group 1, Group 5, Pad, Master) from where to sample

    Using Drag & Drop Export function (the 2 icons top right of the pianoroll) and simply drag the created audio file to a new Sound Slot
