Starting problems with Mk 3

March 18 in Maschine

I am just starting with maschine mk 3 and have the following problem. Software maschine 3 is currently set up (Win 11) but I cannot select “Maschine MK 3” under the settings for audio, it is not there. I have no headphone signal and the screen of MK3 is black only with the MASCHINE logo. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thank you very much! I was able to solve the problem, I updated the drivers in the device manager and then it worked.

Have you tried following the setup guide (page 17 and forward in the Getting started Guide) ?
