Native Access don't show traktor 4

hello. I would like to return to the hobby after years. I have MacBook MacOS m1 sequoia, I bought kontrol s4 mk3. On the NI website the serial number is registered but in Native Access there is no tractor pro 4. I have no strength how to do it! I downloaded the trial, clicked register, entered the serial in native access and nothing
