Traktor Pro 3 & Allen-Heath Xone 23C - Gains on mixer don't work

Hello community.

I bought the A+H Xone 23c. I can't seem to use the gains on the mixer though. Is this standard? The mixer has soundcard/DVS in it, which eliminates the use of the Audio10.

When I had it set up to a normal mixer with the Audio 10, gains worked. Odd.

Appreciate any advice.

    Have you tried all 4 knobs?

    Yes this is by design.

    Gain is only working for external input, doesn‘t change the soundcard volume.
