You see… The seller forgot the account he has redeemed this software on And I don't have anymore information than that about the account. Can someone help me transfer this license?

You'll need to contact support about this which you can do at this link - https://bit.ly/n1acc Log into your NI account first, scroll down to the bottom of the page and you'll see a contact button.

They'll want a copy of the receipt and the serial number of the unit. Don't post those in the forums, they'll ask you to send them privately.
