Licence Key after 2nd hand purchase

I'm hoping someone from NI admin can help me as chatbot is not very helpful. I have bought a 2nd hand Kontrol X1 Mk2 and there is no license key. The store didn't get a transfer key from the previous owner so I have no way of getting it from them. I submitted the info via chatbot and I've had a ticket number sent to me but no reposnse since then. I'm keen to use the X1 but can't until I get a key. my Ticket number is 4513353 Any help wpuld be appreciated.

    I submitted the info via chatbot and I've had a ticket number sent to me but no reposnse since then.

    If you have submitted the info and have opened a ticket then expect that there might pass some workdays before that you receive an answer. If you do not receive an answer within 3 - 5 workdays then politely update your ticket. Also if you are waiting for an answer and didn't receive one then always check your e-mail spam filter.
