@victorp.sg that worked! Thank you! @PK The DJ thank you as well, it is strange that the link you posted didn’t work until victor reposted your link. Some strange website behavior happening here.

Yup , I get the same problem.

It doesn't matter if I am logged in or logged out , and it doesn't matter which of the three options I click to buy at this page I still get transported to this page where I have no choices. I have tried three different browsers as logged out and one as logged in. See picture below here.

Was not OK for me still , then I used a VPN to switch to CA server and used another browser then it suddenly were OK . Then I turned off the VPN and used same browser then still OK, then used another browser then problem came back.

Possibly it's OK and possibly people just needs to clear their browser cookies for the site to load properly , or depending on site settings then site might start loading OK by itself. On the other hand then at this exact moment then I do not want to keep experimenting to find out exactly what is what - especially since even if the issue persists then there is no one around that I can report to and issue could have been fixed by N.I. Monday anyway.

I could not get anything but the correct pricing/process to come up. Did this about 12 times last night across 3 different browsers.

Now - to be very clear - I am not a Mac user and I do not use Safari - which can be a hassle factor in itself.

All my testing was Windows 11 desktop using Edge/Firefox and Brave - and it was bang on regardless of when I tried or what I tried. And I am in Canada ("switch to CA server") - but that should not make a difference.

Not implying there might not be a cache or web issue - but I should have seen something.

I am purely Windows user too- Didn't notice this discussion until today. This moment on this PC I still get served the wrong page that I posted screenshot of earlier. On the other hand then as I wrote above here and for reasons given above then I can not be bothered to have to look further into this at this time.

I think it's very luck of the draw which page you get. Probably one server on old, one new. Or deliberate A/B testing. But the new page is very broken: I get lots of errors if I try to add to basket (leaving aside the fact I can't actually choose the right sub-products for Maschine etc.):

When you reached that page, visit your web browser URL input field, and remove the entire query portion starting with "?_gl=" to the end—the URL should just then end with "…/maschine-3/". Press Enter or Return key to visit this URL.

Perhaps it's a bug with Kameleoon's URL parsing and redirect (first time I heard of Kameleoon but NI is using this as their web platform based on the web page source).

Yes you're correct, if the URL is stripped down, it does as you say - but then it's not basing the results on who you are, or what products you own (to qualify etc).

Even if I log out, when I click on that (stripped back) link, the system puts all the query stuff back in.

Store is now showing the full/update/upgrade options for me every time I try to load it. Might be worth trying again now
