Komplete Kontrol can't find plugins

Holy ******! It's works! Thank you! I was pulling my hair out this weekend trying to figure this out. For whatever reason only vst3 plugins are in the "common files" folder all the rest are in the Native Instruments program file folder. Scanning seemed to get stuck at what seemed like the end but it eventually found that VST3 folder and all seems to be working. Thanks again! You have saved my sanity. Lol
