scene lotus

in Native Access

purchased scene lotus and tried to download thru native access but no products are showing up in NA. I've deleted and re downloaded not sure what to do …. i can open maschine software and it communicates with the mk3 and i can see the packs and use them but scene lotus which i purchased isnt showing up in native access.

    What OS?

    What version of Native Access?

    And remember the system reqs (specifically Kontakt version):

    i'm using windows, I've downloaded native Access 2, in my native access thtas all that shows uo is kontakt players no packs showing up like they used to.

    And what do you actually have in your NI acct? Have you logged into your NI account (via the website) to see exactly what you have?

    If you bought Scene Lotus and suddenly do not see it in NA - it either means it has not made it to your account yet (which should not happen if you purchased via the NI Shop) OR you are logging into NA with the wrong account credentials.
