Komplete Kontrol A49 With Maschine

So I have a Mikro mk3 and I love it but the downside to the micro is that there are no knobs to control the sampler like on the standard and m+ models. My question is, do the knobs on the Komplete Kontrol A49 act in the same way when used with Maschine 3?

    There are tons more downsides, too many to list.

    The Knobs behave pretty much the same, as far as the 8 pre-mapped parameters for instruments but with just one tiny screen you need to touch them to know what they do/control, or look at the computer… and/or, memorize it (gets more annoying when you want/need to navigate several 8 knob pages)

    Not sure if every single menu (besides default plugin menu) actually makes the 8 knobs control available like it does for the M controllers with big screens… I suspect things like Pad Mode menu and whatnot might not activate, but not sure, someone else has to confirm.

    So I am able to control the function of the sampler such as zooming in and out with the knobs on the kontrol a49 just as if they were m+ knobs? sorry for being redundant

    I don’t think that’s possible, because the keyboard will use the mapping for the knobs/ pages you see in the sampler plugin window , ie

    Voice settings /engine - pitch/envelope - fx/filter - modulation - lfo - velocity/modwheel

    Zooming in and out or moving the start/ end point isn’t part of those mappings

    The kk mk2 can’t use any of the sampling editing controls either , I think a lot of people wanted that feature

    Alright thanks, I already have a novation launchkey mini, with 8 knobs and 16 pads that I can use for various things along with maschine. Getting a simple Korg Microkey 49 or something with fewer features will be great. I was hoping the kk had the features I was asking about because that alone would've swayed me
