Denon dnhc 4500 with Traktor pro 4.

Hello, I have a problem!!! traktor pro 4 does not want to download the mapping file for denon dn hc4500. I'm downloading from the site, this controller is supported by traktor, what's the problem, tell me, I'm very upset, I'd appreciate your help

    What exactly does not work?

    Traktor does not download any mapping. You have to download them yourself and import them.

    The controller may be supported by the software, but is it supported by your computer?

    That's a sixteen year old device you have there, which was around long before Apple's M series chips.

    I downloaded the mapping file from the ni website, but when importing into traktor 4 pro mapping is not visible and there is an empty field in the settings. the controller worked perfectly with Tractor pro 3 and there were no problems with the computer

    this is BUG tsi file on site , or BuG Traktor PRO 4???

    I bought a tractor 4 and now I just can't control it and there is support for my controller on the site NI

    I am experiencing the same issue with my Denon DN-HC4500 not working in Traktor Pro 4. I contacted support, and they confirmed that this is a known issue. They told me that the development team is working on a fix that will be released in an upcoming update.


    However, I have been waiting since then, and there is still no update or solution available. This is very frustrating because I upgraded from Traktor Pro 3 based on the compatibility list, which states that the Denon DN-HC4500 is supported.


    I hope Native Instruments addresses this issue soon, as many users are affected.
