Output Routing, Phones Out not working

Hello my Traktor pro 4 does not recognize my headphones in the outpu routing parameter when I am connected to my speaker during my sessions with my Kontrol S2.. Does anyone know where the problem comes from ? Thank you

  Hello,

  have you installed the drivers from here:

  https://www.native-instruments.com/de/support/downloads/drivers-other-files/#traktorcontroller

  And if you own the MK3 version you find the asio driver here, bottom of that page:

  https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000520317-I-Cannot-Find-the-ASIO-Driver-for-My-TRAKTOR-KONTROL-S2-MK3-S4-MK3-S3-Windows

  Can you make a picture of your device settings tab and the output routing tab.
