be sure to be using latest version of Native Access for your OS and be sure that you are logged into the correct account in Native Access : MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS. Also a serial could be listed in any emails that you got from N.I. , please check emails including spam folder.
If the bundle is listed as Not registered or you have an unregistered serial in an email then copy and paste the serial into the Add Serial function in Native Access.
Else if the products is showing as demo then please try this troubleshooter : My Products Are Showing As DEMO in Native Access , especially '2. Your activation fails because of corrupted or missing activation tokens' and '3. You have corrupted XML files' (delete both NA XML and demo product XML) then restart computer and log in again to see if that helps
If neither of the above helps then if bundle is missing from the account then please contact N.I. Purchase Support else if product is on account but product keep showing as demo in latest version of Native Access for your OS even after a computer reboot then please contact N.I. Native Access and Installation Support .

Would be helpful to know which product is showing a DEMO message and in what context, like what DAW, operating system, etc…I tried to access this information with my crystal ball this morning but it seems it's not working that well.

In my opinion, prob. is registration point. All product is DEMO.

Also have you had a subscription that has now ended ?
Otherwise are you sure that you are logged into the correct account ? You should be able to see any serials connected with your account on the MY PRODUCTS, SERIALS, AND DOWNLOADS page , listed as either Not registered or as Registered Products.
