For Sequoia the only hardwares listed as compatible are Traktor’s ones. So I don’t know if another Maschine model would change the situation.

But Mikro MK3 not being listed doesn’t 100% mean it will not work. Maybe someone with the same combination (Sequoia and Mikro MK3) will see the discussion and tell you if it is working for him

Mikro MK3 is compatible with Apple Silicon.

And both Maschine 2 and 3 softwares are also compatible.

Is the software starting up? or is it starting fine but the hardware isnt responding. If the software is hanging on startup it may be a VST issue. The other thing you can try is running it Rosetta mode instead of natively.

If its the hardware then I dont know, I haven't tried it with Sequoia as I'm on an intel macbook for music production but I'll try it with my work laptop tonight and see what happens.

Specificatons on Maschine Mikro product page lists macOS 15 as compatible.

@Janni What happens (or doesn't happen) when you connect your Maschine Mikro?

Do you use Clean my Mac? Have you granted network access to all Native Instruments software?

Hello thanks for help. Maschine Mikro MK3 isn't even listed in NI software. The only thing I can install is Native Access. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET SOFTWARE (DAW) FOR MASCHINE MIKRO MK3!!! On my brandnew IMAC4….sucks. On my Lenovo (WIN11) everything worked perfect! But the Lenovo is not mine anymore…..

If the problem is that your softwares aren’t listed for installation in Native Access (you should at least have Maschine (not listed as Mikro MK3, that’s the hardware), Maschine Central library and some others, part of Komplete 15 Select), try to have a look if this article can help:

    https://support.native-instruments.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000166958-My-product-is-missing-in-Native-Access

In NI website you can check under your Account/My Products and Serials if they are listed there (you should find the MK3 and the name of the bundle, Komplete 15 Select). And check also how they are listed: Registered or Not Registered?

All that said, in these days some users are reporting issues, so it could be also on NI side.

In any case, contact Support to explain your situation (remember to log in with your account to have access to chat or eventually open a ticket):
