Irish Harps

Have Komplete 14, Kontakt 8, but can't see how to download 'Irish Harps' without downloading Komplete Start. It says it is available as a free download with Komplete Start - why would I need that? Can see that this has been asked before, but not sure the answers tally with the company info.

There appear to be a misunderstanding here. Komplete Start and other bundles are not something that appears by that name in Native Access. The bundles only appear in Native Access represented by the products that they consists of. You adding the free Komplete Start to your account simply adds the bundle to your account and the products that it consists of will then appear in Native Access for download (e.g. Irish Harp). You can then decide yourself which products that you download and which you do not download. Also then if the product is already in Native Access when it is added by adding the Komplete Start bundle to account then it will not appear twice in Native Access so there is really no problem here.
Also then Komplete Start is optional to get and you do not need to use your Komplete 14 Bundle or you Kontakt 8 unless that you want to have the products that are only in the free Komplete Start

Thank you for your advice, it's not very clear is it?

it's not very clear is it?
it ? , 'my advice' ? : I try , sorry if I failed. If Native Instruments information on " 'Irish Harps' available as a free download with Komplete Start" ? , I dunno , probably they think that it is all sort of self explanatory but I guess that you are right , it do happen some times that people are sitting with Native Access and look for bundle products by bundle name rather than by products included in the bundle, so if one is a 'novice' and do not know how Native Instruments accounts and Native Access ties together then it could all be misunderstood.

Sorry, I meant the NI info: your help comments were very much appreciated,

It’s a very difficult mass communications problem to solve when you try to serve newcomers at the same time as long time community participants. And everyone inbetween. Like people who are very experienced with computers and software, but new to NI. Or people who are very experienced with music, but not so much with music software. etc. etc.
When you always explain everything from the beginning, the experienced members will be bored or annoyed and quit reading/listening/watching.And when you assume a certain amount of community knowledge, newcomers will be lost or annoyed and quit reading/listening/watching.
Kind of like being one newcomer at a party of friends who’ve known each other for 20 years.
Native Access is quite difficult for less experienced users, because it looks easy - but it makes quite a few assumptions about the experience level of users. Like making packages like the many Komplete editions and versions entirely non-obvious. Or expecting users to read the release notes to find out, if a suggested library update will even work with the version of Kontakt they own.
And that in turn places a high workload on brave volunteers like the remarkably hard working and patient @PoorFellow to clean up countless misunderstandings by patiently explaining things over and over to many newcomers to the community in this forum. I can only bow my head in respect.
