Will it be cheaper to upgrade to the standard version if I have all 3 Komplete 15 select?

I'd like to wait until the next sale(to upgrade to the standard version), but before that I plan to buy and try out the select version of Komplete 15 right now.
Since it has 3 version, but I need at least 2 of them to match my needs, so I am wondering will it cost me less if I have multiple bundles of the select version or no?
If no, then buying 2 or more select version eventually leads to money loss, so I am kind of confused.
Please help me.

At the moment, what is stated for the Upgrade paths is that it works for users of Komplete Select, but I suppose is still there from “old” version, since they name it being included with hardwares and not the “new” available to buy.
No mention of owning one or more of them, nor the paid versions.
If I must give my opinion, I think it will remain like this. I doubt owning 1 or 3 will make difference.
Last note (to take as you wish): remember there is always the possibility, once you own Standard, to resell some of the stuffs you previously bought (losing money anyway). But also be careful: if you use that upgrade path, the base product for it must remain in your account (so…at least 1 Select?)
As you can see…what I wrote is all a guess, since I suppose the webpage has not been updated yet with the novelties. So…to take with a grain of salt

Does that mean I cannot upgrade from 15 select to 15 standard?

Thank you for your information, I see. Now I will just buy 3 of them and wait for changes.

You’re very welcome.
Your money, your choice 😉

And yes, I found out that I only need one to upgrade to standard.
I wish I will be able to sell the other 2.

Last suggestion (but always to take as you wish): I would NEVER buy those 3 products spending 300 if you are sure you will later upgrade to Standard…
Some maths:
3 Select: 300$
Upgrade to Standard (let’s say at 50%): 250$
Total 550$ (or, selling 2 Select later at, let’s say 50+50. 450$)
Buying Standard now to have everything immediately: 599$Buying Standard in more or less 3 and a half months (Summer of Sounds sales) (let’s say at 50%): 300$.
What I would do is installing now Komplete Start (free)…and many other products you can find free from other brands and have fun/ have time to learn products for the next 3 and a half months and then directly buy Standard at 300$.Or even spend 599$ instead of 550/450 immediately, if I think you need them NOW (no, I would not 😂)
BUt believe me: we always think we need a lot of things IMMEDIATELY… to then discover months later we haven’t even opened 3/4 of the products yet.
But…me is me and you is you ☺️
And, as said, your money, your choice
Edit: another note: if you follow the upgrade road to have Standard (as I did in the past with Collectors) you will probably never be able to sell later the remaining Select in your account (needed to have access to the upgrade you bought) nor the Standard version (that could be sold only to someone with Select, otherwise he will not be able to use it). You could always sell them together, but then you’ll be at starting point, having to buy one version at full price. Which can be a possibility letting you have things to play with now and then in the future be able to buy a full version during 50% sale. But taking in account some money gets lost in the journey (or used to have access to products immediately, if you want to see it positively)0
