Maschine + doesn't load kontakt instruments from saved projects

Ive got an open support ticket but after several days there's still no dice. There was a thread from a while back where another user had the same problem. Create a project, load a kontakt sound. Save, then reload the project and the kontakt sound does not play. I've done 3 factory restarts and several SD card formats with several SD cards, both full size and micro SD with adapter.

Has anyone had this problem and got it FIXED? If so what did you do?
