RX 11 Elements: Couldn't get my NI email address validated

I'm having similar problems. Have been troubleshooting mostly alone for 2 weeks because NI support is taking 2+ days to get back to me, including after I bought RX 11 Elements but couldn't even get my NI email address validated.

The article you cite above doesn't seem to include partner products, right?

According to Izotope, RX 11 Elements is supported by MacOS Sequoia (article from Mid-December).

Yet I cannot get Native Access to install RX 11 Elements correctly. I can try reaching out to support again, but I agree with @ccoursey52 that this is a failure of support. To be honest, I've used many, many software products and rarely encountered this lag of support, this many inconsistent kb articles, and this many idiosyncrasies in just trying to get the product installed.

It seems like you have a good understanding of what's going on support-wise. Any recommendations other than "contact support" for me to actually get the product I paid for working?

    Thanks in advance.

Well, my colleagues got back to you on Wednesday, if you need further assistance please let my colleagues know by replying to their last email.

@MichelleCC If you're still having problems you can open a question in the Native Access category explaining the problem and what you've tried. That way we can dive in and try to help and your problem won't get lost in a generic information thread.

Thanks Jerry—the colleagues got back to me about my first question, which was "could you please refund my purchase since I wasn't able to validate my email account." That ticket was closed with the resolution being "we'll refund you". After making a new account and purchasing another copy, I still can't get the other copy I purchased working. It's kind of unclear whether I should be posting or submitting a ticket, but since this seems to get responded to much quicker, I'll try opening a new convo in this forum.

Can people please open new threads for support topics that have nothing to do with the information that is posted here, otherwise it will get lost in the discussion

@ccoursey52 I feel ya…however in fairness to NI and other 3rd parties, their interfaces (like Komplete Kontrol) jack into the Mac at a kinda low level…and Apple are updating their OS and low level stuff all the time…so almost impossible to keep up with. 💁‍♂️
