It might sound weird but… are you sure that you have Battery installed?
A lot of expansions and libraries include Battery kits, that's why you see the image and the presets in Komplete Kontrol.
But… this, does not mean that you own the Battery application or that you have it installed.
"Could not load plugin" means only one thing.
The plugin does not exist at all!Note: The only other case is, that you are using a preset made with a VST2 version and now you are using VST3, but the plugin does not support the auto-migrate option. But this, is not the case with Native Instruments, since all their software support auto-migration.
So. Please open your Native Access and make sure that you actually own Battery and that is installed.
Edit: Also, make sure that (if you indeed have Battery installed) you are using the latest version 4.3.1

Be sure that you are using latest version of Native Access for your OS
Then try Resetting the Komplete Kontrol Database , and always run Komplete Kontrol as a standalone at least once prior to using in a DAW.
Else try re-installing Battery (also use reg tool : Fixing Software Update Installation Issues (Windows) ) and try above procedure again.

As i wrote already, a lot of expansions and libraries include Battery kits, that's why you see the image and the presets in Komplete Kontrol. But to play them, you need the instrument of course!
I also have this "problem" with Maschine expansions which includes Battery kits… i don't have Battery, so… i just ignore them… 😋
