Why do my software say open inside Native access, complete control says open, machine say open and I don't see complete control inside of my MK3 keyboard

  Hello rokka12, "open" means that the product is installed.

  According to finding them in your Maschine, can you please try the steps in this Knowledge Base Article below:

  My Maschine Browser is empty or incomplete
