Someone to help me please

my traktor software does not launch anymore!!I

just received my S4 and since I uploaded my pro 3 to the 4 it does not work anymore.. and I have this error message

  What's your hardware, OS version etc ? Does the crash happen when you start Traktor or after it's been running for a while?
