Price from Komplete KSelect 12 to Standard 15

    Hi. Last thing… I know it's Christmas eve, but Customer Care did NOT answer my questions properly, and closed my ticket as SOLVED. So, I'm only asking ONE QUESTION:

    If I pay the $159.20 to go from 12 to 15 KSelect update (they DID confirm I have that status), will I then have ALL THE Komplete 15 STANDARD instruments/items as if I had bought the FULL standard version?

    I know its only 20% off, but $159 is possible, and I don't want to miss this sale.

    Just a YES, NO, or ONLY SOME of the items, is good. If "no or only some", then I'll wait until the Summer sale.

    Problem is that despite how many the subject comes up then I still do not know what you actually have or have not. And since on my account what I bough were the "KOMPLETE 14 STANDARD Upgrade for KSelect" then how will I know if "to go from 12 to 15 KSelect update" is the same equivalent ? Since in my mind then what you should/would it should say "KOMPLETE 15 STANDARD Upgrade for KSelect".

    I couldn't even get a straight answer myself on a direct question about how I should interpret the aforementioned "Komplete upgrade 12 Select" or as if meaning upgrade for Select to Komplete 12 Standard.

    But as a matter of principle then if what you already have is the upgrade to Komplete 12 (Standard) then if you buy an Update to Komplete 15 Standard then yes , then you would get all the same as if you had bought the full version of Komplete 15 Standard , it doesn't matter if you buy the update/upgrade compared to if buying the K15 full version with respect to content , only difference is that to use and have the Update on account then you need to keep and have the previous bundles and upgrades that are the the foundation for the Update/Upgrade.

    Since I know that you ultimately want the Komplete 15 Ultimate and since the updates are only %20 off at the moment then as I have told you before then even if you qualify for updating to Komplete 15 Standard then that will serve your poorly compared to waiting for a sale where the Upgrades are %50 off and then upgrade directly to Komplete 15 Ultimate rather than wasting money on updating to K15 Standard first.

    But if you qualify and find the present offer is what you want then you should of course buy what you want.

    Thank you for the kind words. Yes , based on that screenshot then you have been told that you already own K12 Standard , and since you do that then you should be able to either Update to K15 Standard or Upgrade to K15 Ultimate as you please. And if the message pictured is from N.I. support then in case of any hiccups then you have that to refer to 🙂
