I can't ear a track with Logic Pro

I use Komplete control with Logic Pro. Sometimes, it's impossible to ear the sound of the track. It seems to be more frequent when the sound is generate by Kontact. If some one can help me !

    Hey there, Does this happen only in Logic? What happens in Kontakt in standalone? Do you have a keyboard? Is it set to another channel than MIDI chanel 1? If you play the onscreen keyboard of Kontakt when in Logic, do you get sound?
