Traktor Kontrol S2 "Registration Failed for Unkown Reason"

Hi all! I'm new around these parts. I've never had any problems with NI, so I went with a Traktor S2 to play around with. When I go to register the hardware and download the included software through Native Access, I'm met with the attached.

I deleted. The Nativeaccess.xml file, no changes happened. Open to any ideas! Thank you in advance!

Also, not sure if this is important. I bought this off Sweetwater as 'new'. I've never had a problem with them swiping serials… but if that's a thing I guess I got got? Hoping the Native community Can help!

    Fixed!!! I got a hold of support. Native Instruments the GOAT. Always and Forever
