No Refund Link for Unregistered Product

Hi everyone,
I recently purchased a product from Native Instruments by mistake. I haven’t registered or downloaded it yet, and I’d like to request a refund. However, I can’t seem to find a “refund” link or option in my account or order details.
I’ve attached screenshots of my account page and the order summary for reference. Could someone guide me on how to proceed with the refund request? Is there a specific form or email address I should contact?
