Kontakt Missing Content - Kontakt 8

Hi,

I recently have just started having issues with Kontakt, when i try to load any instrument or combined sound i keep getting a missing content warning. the tools loops and one shots seem to be working okay, i'm having no issues with my NI Mashine or Komplete Kontrol.

I have all my sound library's installed on an external hardrive. My native access is set up as image attached.

If i open Kontakt 7, only the factory Library and Selection, nothing else shows up.

In my native access under maitenance -

Locate product content - Choose location - no folder selected (Not sure if thats correct

Repair Installed Product - /Volumes/KompleteSample libraries (this is my external drive with the content on) when pressed is locates librairy

    All sorted, had to do a re-installation…

    hi there!

    I having the exact same issues with Kontakt …missing content…even when I manually tell it where it is

    I did a reinstall of Kontakt but it only seems to work if i reinstall the kontakt instrument…I've tried 2 and they are both working but I don't really want to do them all manually cos thats a lot of re-downloading when I already have them!
