My Perform FX will stay engaged even when I'm not touching the touch strip. Any way to fix?
Hello, y'all.
I've noticed after some use with the MK3's touchstrip that Perform FX will stay engaged even when my finger isn't touching it. The frequency/length/position/etc (depending on the fx) will still register when touchstrip is in use, as will the LEDs above it, but after taking my finger off it will perform as if my finger is still on it - if that makes sense.
Is this a common occurrence? It's getting annoying when I wanna record live fx automation with the strip and it stays engaged. Any and all tips on how to change this would be greatly appreciated.

Can you reproduce this in any project? Could it be some automation getting recorded?

It happens after a few minutes of using it in any project I have open whether I'm recording the automation in real time or not.
Idk if it's a hardware issue, I would hate to have to return my controller for a new one.

You'll notice the touchstrip stays engaged stays activated even when I'm not touching it. There is a point in the second half of the video where it deactivates when I'm not touching it only for it to get stuck again - very odd.

Do you have Patterns smaller than your Sections ? This can cause issues because when the Pattern repeats the "engage" could be activated.

I have an unlisted YouTube link below to show the issue. At about halfway thru the vid the touchstrip recognizes my finger and engages the perform FX but then goes back to acting up - very odd.
