Activate machine 2 via native access

Hello, I own a second hand machine MK3 bought about 4 years ago.
I have recently changed my email and my old email is no longer accessible, on native access I can not activate my software machine 2.
What can I do?

  Put in a support ticket and wait. With the release of Maschine 3 SW, support seems to be inundated with tickets so, make sure you're wearing your patience panties.
