Burnt Hues fails to load on Maschine MK1

Good morning, my problem is that I bought the Burnt and shacks expansion and by native access it has been downloaded fine but when I open maschine software and try to load the sounds it fails to load.

Any solution? I have maschine mk1 updated 2.13.S.O WIN10

    Maybe update your Maschine software? Burnt Hues needs "The latest version of the Maschine software" and you're a version behind. The latest is 2.14.something-or-other
