Kontakt 8 Chord Tool Glitch

I've been experimenting with Kontakt 8 for a few hours, and for the most part I'm loving all of the changes and new features, but I have run into a few problems.

First, when using the Chord tool, there appears to be a glitch, so that if you press more than one key at a time, even quickly by accident, it will continue playing infinitely as if you are still holding one of the keys. The keyboard view in Kontakt even still shows the key being held down. Once this happens, there is no way to kill the sound aside from just closing out of Kontakt completely. I've tried this with multiple instruments and chord sets, I triggered the chords using both a MIDI keyboard and Maschine pads, tried running Kontakt 8 in standalone mode as well as inside Maschine or Reaper, same results every time.

Second, and maybe this is just me, but even at 1920x1080 on my 27" monitors, when you have an instrument and either the Chord or Phrase tool open, with zoom set at 100%, the entire Kontakt 8 window is about 6 inches too tall for my monitor, I'm constantly scrolling up and down to access all of the controls. The only way to see everything at once is to zoom out to 75%, which makes all text very difficult to read, and the controls almost unmanageably small. Is there any possibility of implementing an option for horizontal view? To have the Chords tool side by side with the instrument panel rather than above it? Or even an option to float the chords tool into a separate window, or resize it independently?

A third, more minor issue. Preview sounds continue playing long after an instrument or sample has been loaded. In the Combined tab, these usually go on for about 5 seconds, but in the case of Leap or Loops they can go on for 15-30 seconds, during which you can do nothing but wait for it to stop before you can start playing.
