I cant log me in with my main account

I would like to log in to my main account. To test the status of Traktor 3 Pro from my controller again to see if it still works.
However, I can no longer log in with the account. Every attempt to reset the password. Via an e-mail, which then comes to the e-mail mentioned, fails. There is simply no e-mail at all...
