Third Party Libraries are in DEMO MODE although I have Full Kontakt 7

Hello,

I have an activated version of Kontakt 7 (via Native Acces) and whenever I use a third party library, that I cant add/validate via Native Access, I get the DEMO prompt.

And after half an hour or so I have to reload that library because "Kontakt full version required".

Pressing on upgrade wont fix the issue. Opening the stand alone version of Kontakt wont help. I also tried upgrading Kontakt 7, reentering my serial, deleting the json file of Kontakt 7.

I cant work like that, please help! 😓

Well this is why I wanted the screen caps. All three of these show Player. Not Full.

Many third party libraries will not run properly (or at all) in Player. Only in Full.

These messages are normal if you are running Player.

Would help to see the actual instrument loaded into the Kontakt UI so we can see it.

Your second message indicates Kontakt Player is being used. There is a process to this - especially if you had Player installed and THEN bought Full.

I think you need to uninstall Player and then reinstall Kontakt from NA and try again.

Purchasing an upgrade (to FULL) does not automatically update Player to Full if previously installed.

    Hey Vocalpoint,

thank you for your fast reply/effort. I uninstalled and reinstalled Kontakt via Native Access but the problem is still occuring. I dont understand what you mean by "see the actual instrument loaded into the Kontakt UI". From my understanding the first screenshot I attached shows exactly that. Here are some more examples:

If there is any information you need, let me know.
    Thanks in advance!

Well, I've posted about the same problem, but I'm not using player. I have K5,K6,& K7. I'm getting the same DEMO thing & no samples loading, in all, even though the samples & Nki & Nks files are in the folder where they've always been. I have only updated K7 when it's available.

There are a few support articles that run down a few causes for the “demo” vibe.

Do a quick search of the Kontakt forum when you can.
