Missing libraries in KK, Kontakt 7, Maschine 2 and Massive X and Battery. How do I fix this issue?

Hello

I've tried everything, it seems. I've contacted support and went on a very long email journey that was supposed to end up with them Zoom calling me with, so they could get on my computer and such… but that never happened. 😐️ We just couldn't set up a time and all of that. Anyhow, after following all the various advice and direction from the web and others, including tech support, I'm missing the Massive X libraries and the Komplete Kontrol user library libraries some where on my computer. I can get the others to work by not using the library feature though. I even DL'd Komplete 14 to see if that would kick in into place. No dice. Now I can't even find any of the apps presets or sounds on my computer!
Any solid advice on this one would be great and thank you in advance!😊

    @bammbamm I checked your tickets. It seems that you didn't reply to my colleagues the last time they proposed a meeting date. Here is the last message from June 10th:

    What products are missing exactly and where? Kontakt standalone? Komplete Kontrol standalone? In Logic?

    How do the products show in Native Access? Have you moved products?

    I am missing the libraries for these products in stand alone and in Logic Pro X. See attached pics…
    I have tried everything to locate these libraries with no such luck.

    I've tried following the help pages that say to use Native Access, but Native Access doesn't ever show me "repair" or "locate" for any of the apps that I'm trying to get to functioning properly. and, now it seems that I've lost all the Komplete Kontrol upgrades and sound packs I have purchased… I cannot find any of them. When I go to the NI web site and look at the products I acquired, I have to press the Native Access link which just takes me to a page to download Native Access again rather than showing the product in Native Access. Very frustrating!
    Any advice (or a magic bullet solution) would be much appreciated before I pull my hair out.🤯
