Traktor Pro not showing in native access anymore

I've sent an email to NI support but didn't get an answer and it's been weeks now so I'm hoping to get a better result here.

Over the years I've bought several Traktor hardware gear each time I got a license for Traktor Pro. Recently I sold my S4 and transferred the license, however I still own a registered F1 unfortunately it seems I don't have a Traktor license attached to it anymore. Indeed when I log into Native Access, Traktor Pro doesn't appear anywhere anymore so I can't claim the Traktor Pro 3 owner 50% discount to get Traktor Pro 4.
Is it possible that when I transferred the S4 license, the F1 Traktor Pro license also got transferred by error?

    I don't know about back in the day, but currently the F1 does not come with Traktor Pro.

    It's just an addon unit.
