Submitting a Support Ticket

Following up on my previous post… how do you submit a support ticket?

I've done multiple google searches… and tried to navigate the new native instruments community forum and don't see that option.

    There's not a direct way to submit a support ticket now, you have to go through the automated chat service.

    Start here - Native Instruments (native-instruments.com)

    Select the area you want help with and you'll see a chat button on the bottom right of the page. Click that and with a bit of persistence you'll get to a human.

    There's not an chat button, shame on NI
