Native Access Doesn't Recognize My Password

I purchased a SoundIron product (Rhythmic Odyssey) with a Native Instrument but my NI password is NOT working (only on Native Access)! I have changed my password twice, but the Native Access app keeps rejecting my password without providing a 'forget password' option to change it within the app. I even logged into this Forum with the new password which works logging into the Native-Instruments site, as well, but NOT Native Access. NI Support makes it impossible to contact them about this anomaly - PLEASE HELP!

Hello ottovr, can you please create a support ticket or open a chat support using this link, according to the issue with your Native Access login: https://bit.ly/NI_support_NA so our team can help you to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Also, if you can provide some screenshots related the error message that you get while logging in or the login page, this would help our team to understand the issue easier.

    Thank you☺️

Note, the Native Access automatically places my name - Otto von Ruggins in the 'ID' box above the password entry, but when that didn't work, I entered the email associated with the password - but it made no difference!

@ottovr You should remove the license code and your email address from your posts!

Gentle reminder to not post product keys or any other identifying information on the forums.

As far as your credentials go - you should first ensure you can use these exact credentials (with new/old password) and login to your NI account via a web browser first.

Confirm your entry, your product listings etc.

THEN - attempt to log in to Native Access - using the identical credentials. They are the same for both entry points.

I noticed that on my Mac Studio, the Native Access app opened without a request for my password (it was the previous version) yesterday), In the upper right hand corner it stated a newer version of Native Access was available and would be installed upon closing the app. I was able to enter my Soundiron License, but I can't do that anymore, as it installed the latest app that surely needs to be debugged. I have changed my password over five times - to no avail. Why did the previous app load without requesting a password? That request is what the problem is. If you include a request to login, you MUST include a 'Forgot Password?' link, as well! Try that NI Programmers! Also, yesterday, when I indicated that it was 'not' helpful, I had a very troublesome message popup (see attached). Thankfully, I am allowed back into Community, but not Native Access!
