Rise & Hits is installed as Native Access says, but K7 will not load neither find it

K7 just prompt me to install via NA which is already done!

What should I do to be able to use the library?

    Hello,

    have you tried kontakt stand alone, and then go to "file/options/libraries" and see if you find the entry from rise and hit.

    Yes and it shows in the listing as in your screenshot, but still the message is can't find content, use native access…
