How do I download Action Strings 2 and Action Woodwinds?

Hi, I'm having issues downloading these 2 libraries from Native Access, is there a fix for that?

    They download/install the same as any item purchased from NI. Are they listed in your Available tab? Normally once you purchase a library and the transaction clears you'll get an email notice it's ready. You simply go into Native Access, select the Available tab and it will be listed there so you can tell it to install. If they're not listed there you need to get that figured out with NI support because somewhere there's a problem with your transaction.

    the problem is in Native Access, It’s not downloading from there. I see them in Native Access, it downloads arrives at 99% then goes back to 75 or 80%. I’ve sent a ticket to the support team waiting for a reply.
