how can I get my Traktor to update from Pro 3 to pro 4

its not working for me bought the update but its not showing up on my native access

    so I just bought the full version rn so I want a refund for the update some how it was not showing up nor was it doing any update stuff I have everything updated

    hey so traktor 4 only works if you update your computer past 11
